The heat controls feel way too limited. There just isn’t much you can adjust, which is frustrating. Whoever runs this really should’ve added more options

I had an issue with my order and customer service took forever to get back to me. When they finally replied, it felt like they were just sending copy-and-paste responses instead of actually reading what I wrote. I ended up having to push harder and escalate the complaint because nothing was getting resolved. Frustrating experience overall

Ugh. I really wanted to like this, but it just doesn’t stay warm for very long. I felt like I was constantly recharging it, which got annoying fast. Not very efficient overall.

I figured this would make moving between rooms a lot easier, but it’s bulky and kind of a pain to carry around. It works fine in one spot, but if portability is what you’re after, I wouldn’t count on it.

The heater itself does what it’s supposed to, and I didn’t pay much attention to anything else because the cover was the main thing that stood out to me. I just wanted to take it off for a quick wash, but it was more fiddly than I expected and took some messing around. It’s not a dealbreaker, just a little annoying if you’re expecting it to come off easily.

I bought a Stoov pad mainly to use while I’m working at my desk, and the battery life has been disappointing. On the warm setting it seems to run out much faster than I thought it would, sometimes not even lasting through what feels like a short evening, although maybe my evenings are longer than I think. I keep having to charge it all the time, which sort of ruins the whole convenience of having it cordless. It does get nicely warm, so I can’t say it doesn’t work, but for the price I just expected the battery to be way better. I probably wouldn’t buy it again...

I really wanted to like this because the idea is great, but the charging speed is just not what was promised. I left it plugged in for hours and it still wasn’t fully charged. That’s super frustrating, especially when you’re counting on it and expect it to be ready. It feels like one of those products that sounds better than it actually works.

It heats up well at first, which I liked, but the temperature does seem to go up and down a bit while using it. For short sessions it’s still fine, so I can’t say it’s a total disappointment. That said, I do think brands should be more upfront when something doesn’t hold heat consistently, because people deserve to know what they’re actually buying
